Where Does the Snow Go?

Last  Saturday we saw this sign on the entry door to our apartment building.  We don’t know exactly what it says, but it is something about get your car out of the lot tomorrow because the snow will be cleared out.  We don't have a car, so we don't have to know exactly what it says. This happened once in December. One car didn’t get moved and the snow removal worker wasn’t happy about having to scoop around it.

All day Sunday the snow was moved and scooped into the truck. The snow was falling at almost the same rate as the snow was being removed. They were still working when we went to the New Year’s Pot Luck Party and still working when we returned three hours later.  There was a lot of snow to be moved.

Our entrance

They made big piles, then loaded it into the trucks. Truckload after truckload was carried away.  We don’t know where it goes.  It’s a mystery.

So much snow!
