The Big American Chair

In the US, Ted had a Lazy Boy Recliner in the living room downstairs and a monster big recliner in his bear cave upstairs.  In Hokkaido, up until now, he had a regular chair sit in.
While at the Big American Store recently, he found the Big American Chair.

It was so big, it would not fit in his Subaru. The delivery fee to get it from Sapporo to the apartment front door was 4200 yen, then an additional 1050 yen to get it delivered up to the third floor. The chair is so big that it was well worth this additional fee to get it up the stairs.

Waiting for the delivery truck

As you can see he is quite happy with his Big American Chair.

Happy Fourth of July, everyone!
