Bird Bibs

The bird applique process continued this week. This bib is for a soon to be 100 day old granddaughter and must be completed for the big day.  All that is left to do is a blanket stitch around the edges of the bib and the snap at the neck.

This little bird just needs a worm and some legs then the bib making will commence.

My bird is finished but I’m not making it into a bib, so I worked on this little needle book that I will be giving as a gift. Open it is four inches by six inches; closed four inches by three inches. It looks kind of wobbly in the photo, but it isn't so much when you see it.

This is almost as if the season of gift exchange is upon us already! Lovely pressies!
