Monday Morning Star Count - Starting the Flip Edge

I made it all the way around with the quilting. Next step is the flip edge.  I made up a bunch of hexagons a while back and I think I’ll have enough.  If not, I’ll make more.

Check back next week…

Do you ever slow down when you get near the finish? Because you will miss the project? I bet you will with this one!

I wonder how long it will take me to make enough hexies. I work on them in the winter using scraps from projects I made all year long. For me, it's a lap project.

This is amazing - I'm getting to really like the look of the hexies. One of these days I'll make some - heaven knows, I have plenty of material to choose from!!
