Work In Progress Wednesday - Mary's Background

I've been working on the background this week. It's coming along slowly.

The kogin project has been my lunch time stitching at work, since I finished the rose afghan.

I'm enjoying both of these projects right now and will continue working on them in the week ahead.

  1. The kogin piece looks lovely. It must be very zen like when you stitch on it. The background stitching on Mary would put me straight to sleep lol

  5. I wish I had time to stitch during work, but we only get 30 minutes so I am always reading on my break. Lol

  8. I bet you can do Mary's background in 'autopilot' and relax with some music or audio book. Kogin needs more attention, so you have two great projects to switch between.

  9. Background stitching is always a pain because it's usually slow. But the effect is always great.
