Naminoue Beach, Naha

There are many beaches in Okinawa, but only one in Naha.  Naminoue Beach was near our hotel, so we walked there several times during this trip.

In the little park next to the beach, there are many cats. They are very comfortable there.

The highway blocks the view, but the beach is nice.  There is a shrine high on the hill.

I stitched and we ate Blue Seal ice cream.

We watched some boys doing flips after jumping on this blue thing.   I can't even do a somersault, so I was interested in what they were doing. They didn't always land on their feet.

One day there was music.

It is a nice place to relax.

Looks like a lovley place Pamela, shame the road vlocks the view..are the cats wild? That blue thing looks like a balance ball buried in the sand..would be like a mini trampoline I am guessing. Wonderful sunset photos.

I like beaches...the sound of the ocean is so soothing and nice. That highway really is in the way, though!
