Ypao Beach Park

I spent one afternoon at Ypao Beach Park.

After playing around in the water awhile, I hung out in one of the picnic shelters and stitched.  I could watch the people and birds around me.

A wedding party went to the beach. I could hear them speaking in Japanese.

Thanks for sharing your beautiful beach photos. The clouds are dramatic.
Very nice butterfly stitched in your previous post.

Not very crowded for such a nice beach. I am glad to hear you could enjoy relaxing with your sewing there.

I'm a bit slow - I was wondering why you commented on the bridal party speaking Japanese. Then I got to the sign about the Archaeological Site, and for a split second wondered why its English was so good. Then realised of course that the beach is on Guam!

It is a beautiful beach. I was surprised that there weren't more people there. I was also surprised that the birds in the picture are English Sparrows. They are the bane to my Blue Bird population and not native birds to the USA.

What a lovely park! Like Vireya, I was wondering for a moment why the bride speaking Japanese was such a special thing, and wanted to comment on her wearing a western style dress!
