This month's ornament finish is a Just Nan piece. I used 32 count fabric, the called for DMC floss colors, and #15 gold beads. The backing is kimono fabric. It measures about 1 1/2 inches across.
This year's Smalls SAL is hosted by Mary at Mary's Thread.
As I've said in the past, I am not a crafter, but I appreciate the imaginative things that you do. I like the combination here of Western technique in the embroidery with Japanese materials and the tassel, which to me has a Japanese feel to it.
A very pretty finish, Pamela!
ReplyDeleteLove the beads!
