Front and Back with 30x30 cm cushion inside. The blackwork design is an EGA pattern designed by Carol Algie Higgenbotham. I finished the stitching in 2012! About time I finished the piece into this pillow.
Your love for Blackwork has opened up a new door for me. I wasn't aware of all these pictorial designs. To me, Blackwork was a way to fill in larger areas, such as the sleeves of a Tudor gown, rather than creating a bouquet of roses. You have made a nice finish out of this lovely pattern.
