When I lived in Hokkaido, I went to a craft sale with a friend and posted a picture of my purchases. If you look in the upper right of the photo, you can see a kit for a zipper pouch.
Finally, I decided to start working on it. I cut out all the pieces and made the bias binding. Stay tuned to see how I do with the instructions.
Good for you to get started on an old purchase. Do you find the instructions hard to understand? They appear to be handwritten. In my opinion, handwritten kanji can be difficult to search for in a dictionary. Are you using a printed dictionary or a camera-operated translation app?
I also want to know who the landscape architect is. You or did the Knot Garden come with a design and set of stitches?
