Monday Morning Star Count - 262
Check out this blue hexagon flower quilt made by Grit here. I like how the two dark borders and one thin lighter border frame the flowers.
As for my progress, this week
I made four new flowers for a total of 262 and stitched together two more long
strips.
I’m
linking up with Jessica’s epp show at Life Under Quilts . Check out the other epp projects and join in
yourself!
Your blue flowers are so wonderful. I love the light blues. Looking forward to see your finish quilt.
ReplyDeleteYes, Grit's quilt is nicely framed. 'Lines' on a hexagon quilt are always stunning. I have seen some hexagon quilts where striped fabric has been fussy cut and joined to make fantastic patterns.
ReplyDeleteGood progress, Pamela.
Nice progress! I only managed the bare minimum myself this week.

ReplyDeleteGreat progress and Grit's hexagon quilt is beautiful too. I am really enjoying watching your project come together. How long are your strips?
ReplyDeleteVery Pretty! There's that Dark blue floral again that I love. And the grey floral- wish I had some of that!
ReplyDeleteFabulous! You are doing so well. This is going to be wonderful. JJ
