I love getting real mail, but don't get much at all here in Japan. I was pleasantly surprised when I came home to find an envelope in my mail slot. I opened it and saw it was full of puzzle pieces. After putting it together and turning it over, I had a message from my friend and former English student in Hokkaido.
What a great idea!!! Yesterday we had a class as usual and Michiko san told us about this letter. It must have made you sooooo happy. We miss you Pamela sensei!!!
How lovely. Have you ever made postcards Pamela! I for one would love to receive a postcard from Japan and would be very happy to swap with you if you would like to. xx
What a wonderful surprise. And a Great Idea for a special gift.
ReplyDeleteNow that' a fun idea! Sweet to get a letter from a former student.
ReplyDeleteAren't these puzzle letters great, they always put a smile on my lips and these letters are fun to keep and do and read again many years later!
