Work In Progress Wednesday - Mary's Background
I've been working on the background this week. It's coming along slowly.
The kogin project has been my lunch time stitching at work, since I finished the rose afghan .
I'm enjoying both of these projects right now and will continue working on them in the week ahead.
The kogin piece looks lovely. It must be very zen like when you stitch on it. The background stitching on Mary would put me straight to sleep lol
ReplyDeleteThey are voth beautiful projects Pamela.
ReplyDeleteGreat progress and attention to detail!
ReplyDeleteHi Pamela wow Mary is looking fantastic and your kogin project looks interesting, well done.
ReplyDeleteI wish I had time to stitch during work, but we only get 30 minutes so I am always reading on my break. Lol
ReplyDeleteLovely progress!
She is wonderful! The Kogin pattern looks pretty fun to stitch!
ReplyDeleteWonderful progress on both project.
ReplyDeleteI bet you can do Mary's background in 'autopilot' and relax with some music or audio book. Kogin needs more attention, so you have two great projects to switch between.
ReplyDeleteBackground stitching is always a pain because it's usually slow. But the effect is always great.
ReplyDeleteMary is looking splendid with her dark background and your stitching of kogin is beautiful. xx
ReplyDeleteThe dreaded background! Good luck on it.
ReplyDeleteBoth your projects are looking great! I'm glad to hear you're having fun, even if they are both a bit monotonous right now.
ReplyDeleteLovely embroidery :-)
