Happy Snowman was designed by Tina Herman. It is a free chart available here. I used 28 count linen and DMC floss, not the called for fabric or threads. The cording is made from DMC perle #5. I also used a snowflake bead I had in my stash.
Oh, I do like his stockings! If he hung them on the headboard of his bed, what presents would Santa be able to put in? Pencils, lollipops, drinking straws, knitting needles, walking sticks....
Nice finish and beautiful stitching!
ReplyDeleteThe backing fabric and cording are a perfect match.
What a gorgeous orni! Love how you have used the cord around it. Really makes it come to life.
