Not Allowed at This Cafe

I didn't eat at this cafe in Okinawa, but I'm all for these rules for all restaurants!

    At first glance I thought that first sign was something about not grabbing at the waitress, but then I realized (I think) it's no running. Anyway, it gave me a snicker.
