Friday Finish - Three Butterfly Bags

These are made with kimono sleeves and handkerchiefs, all hand sewn.

    I saw a quilt the other day that made me think of you. Each block was a designer woman who had a dress that used a handkerchief for the dress. (reminded me of 50s chic.) Love the pieces you are showing here.

    I fully expected to love the blue one the most but that orange one is just stunning! Maybe it's the contrasting blue lining.
