Friday Finish - Cathedral Windows Table Runner

I am pleased with this finish.The size is about 12x31 inches and no fabric was repeated in the windows. I stitched the edges to make empty half windows.

    It's really nice. Will it be OK as a table runner? Won't a cup or glass wobble on the uneven surface?
