I saw many lizardy things along the way. Most were small and ran away from me. This one was bigger and just watched me as I took a photo.
This was the day I thought I was going to cross over on the ferry, but the ferry wasn't running. I was looking for a fishing boat that would take me across, but I wasn't sure exactly where.
Luckily, I met my Swiss Portuguese friend from a few days ago, who was with a man from Brazil and a man from Italy. They knew where to find the fishing boat. We each paid five euro and the fisherman took us across.
Here is the fishing boat returning to Portugal after dropping us off in the sand of Spain.
So, I continued walking with my three fellow "peregrinos" that day.
I was surprised to see these big black lazy pigs on the side of the trail.
I was staying the night in this town, but my three friends continued walking. I wanted to go inside this church, but there was a funeral, so I didn't.

You must have the best feet in the world. And back, too, for carrying thigns. I would have been hurting after the first day or so! But it's so beautiful -- who wouldn't want to do this?
