That's a good idea! Little children can be very intimidated by 'huge' toilets. That size would make the process so mucheasier for the little ones.
I have seen some adult size toilets with an extra, smaller seat, to fold down for kids, but not an entire 'throne'.
We had these at the childcare centre I worked at, so much easier for the little ones.
