My friend gave me some edamame. People around me are very generous and share things, so I am frequently the recipient of something delicious.
As you may know, I don't like to cook, but these beans are very easy to prepare. After boiling them in salt water about five minutes, the beans are ready to pop out of the pods and eat!
I love these but once I start eating them, can’t stop.
ReplyDeleteSo good to have good friends around you Pamela.
ReplyDeleteThe are extremely healthy, too!
ReplyDeleteFinally you cooked!
ReplyDeleteIt is the most popular ”Tsumami“ in Japan. I love Edamame, too.

ReplyDeleteYou often find them in pre-packed salad lunches here in the UK.
