Monday Morning Star Count - Handkerchief Envelope and Week 26
I added a hexagon flower made of kimono fabric to this little fabric envelope. The kimono fabric was a little difficult to stitch, but I like how it turned out.
Year Four of the temperature quilt

I am reporting the high temperature each day. My Year Four temperature/color (Fahrenheit) scheme remains the same:
100 + Brown
90-99 Red
80-89 Orange
70-79 Yellow
60-69 Green
50-59 Blue
40-49 Purple
30-39 Pink
20-29 White
10-19 Black You can see my finished Year One Quilt here.
That's a very Japanese fabric envelope. Love the shape and the hexagon sits well. Yes, that looks like the 'concrete' type of kimono silk - tough to stitch!
Beautiful fabric envelope.
