Carrot Cake

 


Carrot Cake is my favorite. A thoughtful friend made some little carrot cakes for me.  I'm pretty sure there were no snow man noses involved.

    The cartoon made me laugh - I will tell this joke to my Swedish friends who love carrot cake.
    Personally I like the CAKE, but not the sweet frosting that often covers a carrot cake, too sweet for me. The cakes you received look scrumptious!
