I always like to bring three projects on a trip (three small projects), so I have a choice of things to work on. I don't always have time to work on them, but still, I think I need three. These are the projects I have with me on this trip.
Do you stitch during the actual travelling, or at the end of the day in the hotel room? I find some train travel boring (e.g to Nagano on Shinkansen with all the tunnels) and can use the time stitching. On a local line there is too much interesting to look at for stitch work.
Oooh, have you started any of them? I’m really interested in your Sashiko as I am determined this will be the year I start Sashiko! I’ve bought a kit - thought it was the only way I’d get round to starting, although I’d seen some on Instagram and was hoping to stitch without using a kit. Realistically I’m only likely to start with instructions, so I bought the kit. Barbara x
You always work on the loveliest projects. I hope you enjoy your trip!
ReplyDeleteAlways good to be prepared with some stitching.
ReplyDeleteThat Puppy Love piece is such a gem! Love seeing how it progresses!

ReplyDeleteI wonder into which project you put most stitches. If it had been my trip stitching, I think I'd worked on the sashiko...
ReplyDeleteAre you getting any stitching time between your other adventures?

Three projects is a good number to bring on a trip. Hope you made some progress on them!
