Okinawa - Cape Hedo

The sky was dark and cloudy and the wind strong, but still a good day to be on vacation.  The destination was Cape Hedo.













This sign was in the restroom at the information center.














After a walk around the area, it was time to head to the big bird observatory in the distance.

    That looks like a really cool spot, very adventurous!
    The sign is a bit sending-mixed-messages for a tourist destination, though!

    The ocean here is such a contrast to the pictures in your previous post. It looks very wild.

    That is an interesting sign. Probably too late to tell people to stay at home once they have arrived at the information centre.

    Same as Vireya and looks very wild. Are you Looking forward to these changes as well?

    There are similar warnings all over Japan and now I don't know what's right.😓

    The black and knobbly stone, is that volcanic rock?
    It looks wild and indeed ancient.
