Tomorrow is a national holiday in Japan - Spring Equinox Day. It marks the beginning of spring and the end of winter. Where I live the cherry trees are just starting to bloom and the days are getting warmer.
This week we have had only our second extreme fire risk day of the summer, followed immediately by a wintry-feeling day. So our season is changeable, even even if not obviously changing.
I had planned on going for a walk as it's my off day but it was so misty and a bit of rain so i opted to stay in. Lots of Daffodills around though so once the sun shows out it sure looks Springy.
They're trying to change -- with varying degrees of success. But it won't be long now!
ReplyDeleteHappy spring!

Some kinds of cherry are blooming. As tomorrow will be fine and warm, we can enjoy beauty in a seasonal change.
ReplyDeleteHappy holiday to you.
Happy Spring!
ReplyDeleteHello Pamela: It is still cold here in Minnesota, lots of snow and melting, Thank-you for sharing a cherry tree in bloom.

ReplyDeleteThe seasons are changing for sure, but we've still been having a couple pretty cold days!
