This week I attached the gifts under the Hexie Tree. The bottom of the gifts are stitched down and the tops are attached with snaps so they can be opened. These are what I'm asking Santa for this year.

Have a great week. Hopefully the weather won't be too hot for much longer in Japan.
Clever idea for the gifts and excellent choices.
ReplyDeleteLooks like your weather is on the warm side.
We had a little rain and it's cooler here today, whew!
Great Idea.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes Manuela
Such a lovely idea for the gift boxes under the tree.
ReplyDeleteAnd yes, it must have been hot, hot, hot.
Ha! your christmas tree is so unique! The little presents alone are charming but you can open them! A good presents they are-the best in the world.
ReplyDeleteWhat a fabulous project! I LOVE the way you added snaps to the gifts. Your creativity with hexies always amazes me. Beautiful work!
ReplyDeleteWhat a brilliant way to make your presents openable! And the best of wishes too!
ReplyDeleteLoving your temperature quilt, but I hope they fall soon, for your sake (the temperatures, not the quilt, of course), tee hee!

Your presents under the tree are such a cute idea. I just love that they can be opened to see the secrets inside. Yes, it IS hot there. Do you enjoy the hot weather? Do you have air conditioning. I know that seems a silly question. My grandson stayed in an apartment in Idaho for a month and there was no air. I thought that was odd. Maybe I'm just spoiled.

I hope all your Christmas wishes come true!
ReplyDeleteWhat a clever way to open your presents. Great idea!!
