That is a beautiful spot. And after seeing these photos I have just spent some time reading up about tree-ferns of Japan and the world. There are far more species than I knew about, and they are more widely distributed. It is fascinating to see the Japanese one which I did not know existed.
Playing catch up again - well done the stitchers on the hardanger, the cutting is so scarey the first few times you do it. You visit such beautiful places, this waterfall is amazing.
