Friday Finish - Eyelet Box Lid

 I finished the stitching earlier this week and made it into a box lid.  This one didn't turn out as nice as the others. (here and here) 


Oh well.

    Why don't you like it? I think it is very nice on this box/can (tea caddy?) Is the braid a bit heavy?
    What will you keep in this container?
