Here is the latest Tokyo subway bad manners poster. It's been updated to show people wearing masks. One thing I find interesting is that the people with bad manners in 1 - 5, have blond or red hair (foreigners?). What do you think?
OR, they illustrate the Japanese 'manga' people with shocking pink hair and body piercing one can see in Shibuya. I think no 4 is by far the most common, as is the fact that Priority Seats often are occupied by perfectly fit, young people who could well stand.
Lol the foreigner thing did pop into my head when I saw it. But I think they're using the blond and red hair to highlight "other" people. Those who don't conform to rules set by society.

I haven't seen this one yet. I'm with Queenie - I think the misuse of Priority Seats should be in the "nuisance ranking"for sure!
