Hi Pamela: Love the photos, here in the USA we call the small rainbows sun dogs, the weather man says its the cold crystal in the atmosphere meeting warm air, the are so pretty, love the roots on that on tree.
A great thing about mountain tops is getting a good view of the skies. You saw the daytime moon, a 'sun dog' rainbow, great cloud formations, as well as a glimpse of Mt Fuji. The café is cleverly integrated with the landscape.
