Friday Finish - Wool Door Hanger
I don't know why I put this aside for so long. Making the fringe was a little difficult, but not that bad.

Work In Progress Wednesday - Kogin and Fringe
I did several thread lengths on my kogin piece. I haven't worked on it in a long time. Originally I thought this would be a bag, but I have many bags. Maybe it will end up being a table runner.
I had forgotten about this project and it isn't even on my UFO list. I enjoyed working with the wool and doing the stitching. The last time I see it on my blog was August 2016. I finished the stitching, but just need to make the fringe. It's really difficult to pull out the threads. I have one side of the front done, so three more sides on the front and four on the back to finish it.

How Many? Some Extras (And I'm Back!)
How many stitch kits does one stitcher need?
My little toolies were all mixed up with all the different projects I have been working on. I decided to organize them and took pictures when I did.
Here are some extras that I keep in a little chest.
How many stitch kits do you have? Enough about stitch kits. I'll soon be telling about my travels.

Work In Progress Wednesday - Finished Felt Coasters
The felt coasters are finished and I think they turned out well. The finished size of each is about 6 inches by 6.5 inches, so they can hold big mugs.

Work In Progress Wednesday - Felt Coasters
Here are the two in progress coasters I'm working on. The backside fabric is blue with tiny tea cups and tea pots.
I've also been working on some gift stitching that I'm not showing yet.

Stitching and Pizza
I had a great afternoon stitching on Wednesday. Our host and hostess made pizza for us in their wood stove. What could be better than stitching with friends and eating home made pizza?
I was working on a small coaster and didn't finish, but will work on it later. Here are their gorgeous candle mats, front and back.
Next time we meet, we will start an ornament.

Stitch Group - Candle Mat Start
I'm so happy to get together with my stitch group!
One person was missing last time, so she finished her biscornu, then started the new project with everyone else.
Homework from last time was to cut the scallops in the black base. Circles were cut this time and stitching them together was begun. I think we will be ready to stitch a fabric backing on next time.
