Initial Cherry Blossom Forecast 2020





This may change, but the initial Cherry Blossom Forecast for 2020 is three or four days earlier than usual for most of Japan and a full seven days earlier than normal for the Tokyo area. Stay tuned for more updates as spring gets closer.

Pamela: When Mike lived in Japan he love this season, the blossoms are beautiful, I just wish I had met him before he lived there so I could have experienced the same things.

I usually visit Japan in the seasons of winter and autumn, one day I will in cherry blossom time. I look forward to seeing you photos.

Are they blaming climate change for the earlier predictions? it seems to be blamed for such a lot these days.

My friend will be back in Japan this year, I hope she'll encounter some pretty cherry blossoms :)
