I enjoy your travels, both near and far from home. The story about the French dancer was interesting! And sad. Dot
We probably all have beautiful places near us we forget to visit as often as we could or should. Thank you for sharing pictures of one of yours.
Good to see so few people around. Haneda airport was crowded with treavelers so people ARE on the go after several years of non-travel.
Pinetrees are really beautiful, in any country, but they kind of look their best in Japan. I wonder why? I hope you will have many more chances to visit Miho no Matsubara.
By the way, how long did it take you to walk there?
Wonderful place to go and visit. I love how the old pine trees are supported and looked after.
I have never seen such giant pine trees growing near the beach. It's a rainy day today. The temperature is not stable. Take care 😚.
That was quite a walk, and to a very scenic place. It looks like you managed to avoid crowds.
What a gorgeous place. The trees are fascinating and so beautiful. That's a hike. My foot starts to fail after about a mile and a half, try as I may.
You certainly have a lovely place to walk. I miss that living here on this mountain. Nothing is flat and the road is too curvy to walk safely from cars.
xx, Carol
Looks like a nice day to be out and about. Impressive picture of Mt Fuji too!
