You're lucky -- you have your own art camp regularly! I love your blackwork pillow!
Blackwork is always impressive, and the colourful version you have on your cushion gives a new look to this traditional style.
I have worked one piece of Blackwork (a kit from Hampton Court), and I strained my eyes because the stitches were so tiny and the thread so thin at times I thought it was invisible!
If I were a member of your stitch group, I would opt for a low-count piece of fabric and large stitches!
Your members are remarkable - they never shy away from a challenge.
Greetings Pamela: The finished Hawaiian designs are lovely, the new stitch design looks lovely also.
Looking forward to seeing everyone's progress.
The treats look yummy.
Catherine
The finished Hawaiian projects look great. I love blackwork so looking forward to seeing what they come up with. xx
Oh, can't wait to see what your stitchers will make of this pattern! Their finished Hawaiian projects look awesome!
