That's an interesting cultural event! Congratulations to all the 20-yr-olds.
I think it is great that the REST of the population also get a holiday! A good chance to quilt, maybe?!
Coming of age is a great thing to celebrate - I love the Japanese holidays and it makes me happy to see that even young adults are still willing to participate in a tradition like this :)
