Tokyo International Quilt Festival - Original Design Category

This category was quite large and had many interesting quilts, along with some that weren't so interesting to me. As I've said before the show was very crowded and it was difficult to get photos.

Amazing display of original works! Such an explosion of colors, themes, and stitches! So much talent and time invested in these quilts! I can only envy the outcome.

Thank you for your photos, I missed a lot of the quilts, very crowded and a little overwhelming. Beautiful photo of the 5 of you, looking very relaxed.

I love the cozy crafting area in this group! Quilting quilts on a quilt is cute. And I like the little slippers on the rug too, although I did think they were skeins of yarn at first!
