Perseverance, focus and organization are some key words to meet great goals... Well to me it looks like you've achieved A LOT, up to now, Pam, and you certainly can be proud of yourself. Heartful congratulations, dear
Nadine
Beautiful kogin work!
Hi Pamela wow this is gorgeous, loving the colour, well done xx
Is the grid made up of only beads? Nice colours and design.
Yes, it will be hard to finish all the things we want before the end of the year!
The grid is kreinik threads and silk threads. So far, the only beads are the half completed circle center on the ultrasuede flower. I'll try to take better pictures.
They are all great projects. I love the top project. It's very elegant.
Slow but steady progress is always good. Love the little flower shape on the beads.
Well, I'd say you get an awful lot of stitching done. Your work is gorgeous too!
xx, Carol
I like that last one. Will it be all beads? What did you use to pad the center?
There is felt under the ultrasuede flower. So far the only beads are the half circle couched around the flower circle. The shiny purple is kreinik thread and the other threads are silk.
I have the Paisley Purse design too. I haven't touched it since the workshop I took. I like all your projects!
Beautiful stitching and work.
The piece with the ultra suede flower and argyle pattern stitches
is amazing.
You might not finish all of your projects, but you did work on most of them and that's what counts! Lovely progress, I'm looking forward to seeing how that purse/pocket will turn out.
Great work on your UFOsin2017 My goodness you deserve a medal for the work you have learnt and are finishing Pamela. Your kogin work is beautiful isn't it painfully slow to grow LOL You can see why it is so expensive to buy if you can buy it. I use to see it for sale some times at Kamakura. Cheers Glenda
It's a good idea to transfer the not finished projects to next year's 18 projects. So they will be finished in the end. And I must say you have really gorgeous projects on the go.
