Yes indeed, it's a lovely sight.
I like the expression 'the coming of summer' when they change clothes. It could be said about a tree as it changes from naked bare branches to pink elegance with the cherry flowers, to the green freshness of new leaves, to the darker green of humid summer to the rust colours of autumnal leaves, and maybe to the white of snow on the branches in winter.
