Your work in these two pieces is beautiful. I just learned about Iyashikei (Japanese Healing Fiction) and am getting a book in that genre for Christmas. Have you read any in that genre?
Good progress on the Tale of Genji. The Hardanger looks more and more beautiful with every stitch.
I bet the big colour blocks on Genji are a great contrast to the more intricate hardanger work!
