This is really beautiful.
As a kimono is made up of mostly straight edged pieces it's easy to recycle. One could say that the sleeves are made for making bags and cushions!!! The handkerchief butterfly is another great recycle idea.

I am always thinking of ways to recycle items around the house and of course fabrics and clothes. This piece is a perfect example of making something new of the old. Love it.
