More and more wild animals are coming nearer to human habitats.A Tanuki could be taken for a dog, especially if it is dark. It would not behave like a tame and trained but unleashed dog, though. So, it's well worth being careful.
That Tanuki has a pretty cute face!
So google tells me it is a racoon dog, but more dog than racoon? Never heard of them before. Kind of cute though.
I'd guess tanuki as well!
