First Snowcap of the Season

Mt. Fuji saw its first snowcap of the season on Friday, October 30th, according to the Japan Meteorological Agency. The view from my place is all clouds, so I haven’t been able to see the mountain with snow yet myself. This first dusting is seven days later than last year, and 28 days later than the average year.
