Work In Progress Wednesday
Dogwood Afghan - I finished one block. There are 20 blocks, but I don't know how many of them I will stitch. The photo on the pattern looks like seven of them are stitched. I don't think I will stitch in all 20, but the seven in the photo seem too uneven. The cross stitches are done over one thread and there is a lot of white on white, so it's not the easiest thing to stitch. I'll think about it for a bit before deciding. I do like how this first block looks.
The Mola Fish
The Miniature Carpet - I was able to take out the mistake stitches and am back on track.

Work In Progress Wednesday
Mola Fish
The Scarf
Floral Bouquet - I added a thistle flower and two leaves
The Miniature Carpet - after finishing the companion pieces, I brought the carpet out again. Unfortunately, this week's work was for nothing, as I made major counting mistakes and will have to unstitch.

Work In Progress Wednesday
Floral Bouquet
This was a class I took at the Houston International Quilt Show in November 2002. I enjoyed the teacher, Karen Kay Buckley, and the project, but for some reason, I didn't work on it again after the class. In the class we learned to make some of the flowers and leaves, but we didn't do much on the actual project. This week, I pulled out the directions and was able to start putting together the two pansies. I think there will be about nine flowers plus some leaves in the bouquet.
The Scarf - I started two more shapes on one side.

Work In Progress Wednesday
Is it Wednesday again already?
The miniature rug is coming along. I don't know if I will ever have a doll house again, but it doesn't matter, I guess.
A few more stitches on the Sneek Sampler
I've done quite a bit on the scarf. I like projects like this, where I can use any color or stitch and there are no mistakes.
I last posted about this, the NYE SAL in March when I left off on part 21 of 32, and picked it up again this week.

Work In Progress Thursday
Here is my stitched heart. I used threads leftover from another project. I haven't decided how I will finish finish it.
I also worked on my Strawberry Thief.
I pulled out the NYE Mystery SAL. I was surprised that I hadn't worked on in since October. Here is my last progress, when I left off on part 19, of 32 parts. You can see below what I have done this week.

Work In Progress Wednesday - More of the NYE SAL and a Tiny Footstool
Magical's Quilt's hosted this Stitch-A-Long for New Year's Eve 2019. I worked on it over New Year's Eve and a little more after that. Here is my last progress on this project. I left off at part 13, of 32 parts. Here is what I have done with it this week.

I also stitched this tiny footstool cushion. It is a kit from Janet Granger. Last year, I ordered several miniature kits from her. Now I need to put the stitching together to make the actual footstool. Stay tuned to see this, hopefully sometime soon.

Work In Progress Wednesday - A Small Ornament, Fob Beginnings and More Mystery
One evening I stitched a small sleigh ornament pattern. I hope to get it finished into the ornament soon.
This week, I continued with some triangle fobs. They are kind of addictive. They only need small bits of fabric and some varigated threads for the first part. Later, I'll get to the beads.

I had every intention of stitching this straight through as the clues were given, but went to Kyoto for the New Year Holiday week, and well, put it on hold for a long time.
You can see Parts 3 - 10 here, with links to parts 1 and 2. I guess it is time to continue on - there are 32 parts in total.
This is Part 11
Part 12
Part 13
I haven't looked ahead and am just working from one part to the next to keep the mystery. More to come...
