How Many? Part 2
How many stitch kits does one stitcher need?
My little toolies were all mixed up with all the different projects I have been working on. I decided to organize them and took pictures when I did.
This one was a gift and is made of a pot holder. It contains scissors, a pin keep, needles, a tape measure and a seam ripper. It can be folded over and buttoned closed.
How many stitch kits do you have? What is your best idea for a small take along kit?

Hi Pamela what a great idea to use a pot holder,it makes a lovely stitching holder.xx
What a pretty stitch kit! I don't have anything that elaborate or cute. I use plastic 6 x 8 school supply boxes for each of my lap stitchings. One for Crazy Quilt, embroidery, and quilt block cutting. I'm pretty good at keeping my tools where they belong too!

Such a neat idea to turn a lovely potholder into a stitch bag.
That is a great idea, I have several, mostly have been from gifts or swaps. So long as it holds cotton and needle and scissors I am good to go!
What a great way to 'recycle' a pot holder!
How clever is that? I'll keep that in mind, I've seen some cute pot holders that would
be perfect for that.
Using a pot holder is an awesome idea. It's easy, pretty, and still highly usable! Great combination.
