Even in Tokyo there seemed to be little shrines and temples tucked into the urban landscape. Fascinating.

Fascinating cultural places. The buildings and gardens look serene, and the graves and the items left on them are very interesting.
It's so fun how you can stumble across these little shrines everywhere. Sometimes they are even more interesting than the big touristy ones!
I loved seeing the shrines in Japan. This is a wonderful reminder.
