Hello Pamela: This is my kind of treat low calorie nice and cold.
Catherine
That is an interesting looking treat!
I remember kakigori from my visit. It was wonderful!
I love shaved ice with azuki and maccha.
I love shaved ice too.
After reading this blog, I realized something important.
【I haven't eaten shaved ice at a shop for over ten years.😨】
Maybe I was feeling like I bought a cup of shaved ice sold at the store and ate it. In Japan, supermarkets and convenience sell shaved ice in cups.
I want to go to a shop to eat shaved ice this summer.
My favorite shaved ice is Uji-Macha-Kintoki.
Add rich matcha sauce to the red bean shaved ice that Pamela ate, and ttopped with vanilla ice cream and shiratama.
Ahem, this is a Japanese sweet I have never got a liking for. It is simply too cold for me. Please have my portion, too!
Looks delicious!
That looks delicious!
