2016 Smalls Stitch A Long - Holly Ornament
My small for this month is a holly ornament designed by Suzann Miller of Suzann's Designs. I used fabric, beads, and and thread I had, not the called for materials. This is the stitched piece before finishing into an ornament.
I like how this one piece folded and finished into the front and back.

2016 Smalls Stitch A Long - Tiny Tree Mitten Ornament
This is a Cross Eyed Cricket chart. I used two strands of DMC floss over two threads on 28 count fabric, except for the pine needles, which were done with two strands of Krienik blending thread. I like the sparkle.

2016 Smalls Stitch A Long - Beehive Fob
Yes, another fob. To me, fobs are perfect for the Smalls Stitch A Long, because they are just so small! This is a pattern from Sheepish Designs in Huntersville, NC.

2016 Smalls Stitch A Long - Butterfly Coaster
This month's small is a cross stitch insert in a plastic case. I bought two of these little kits a long time ago. The price tags say Frank's and they were $1.50 each. I stitched this one using my choice of colors. I don't know what I'll stitch on the other one or if I will stitch the other one.

2016 Smalls Stitch A Long - Cupid's Heart
I found this free chart online and used fabric and threads I had on hand, not the ones called for in the directions. If you are interested, you can find the pattern here. The designer is Thea Dueck at Victoria Sampler. I've done the stitching, but still need to make it into a heart shaped ornament. Can you imagine the size and shape from this paper? I hope to finish finish it very soon!
