2015 Smalls SAL - Miniature Bedspread
For
this year’s Smalls Stitch A Long, I am stitching miniature pieces (1 inch to 1 foot
scale). This month I made a bedspread
for a miniature bed. The pattern comes from Needlework
Designs for Miniature Projects by Eileen Folk. It’s a thin Dover Needlework Series book with
about 50 pages and a lot of ideas for dollhouses. The bedspread is done in cross stitch on
hardanger fabric (22 count) with two strands of DMC floss.

That is amazing!
that's tiny! Elli Jenks here in New Zealand designs beautiful "rugs" for doll houses. I have one, but haven't started yet... http://ellijenks.com/
Beautiful stitching - new follower - looking forward to see what comes in future months.
Not sure I could see that well enough to stitch - it's such fine work
Beautiful small bedspread - doll will be very happy :)
A lovely finish :)
So pretty and delicate!
A very sweet finish! I love the idea of stitching miniature pieces. I'll be looking forward to what you are stitching next!
Love the edge - great work
Such fine work! Beautiful!
Great job on the bedspread. The dollhouse will be looking very spiffy.
I am wondering if you have a dollhouse for that beautiful bedspread?
