Sunday night was the 69th Minato Festival Fireworks Display. My friend had two tickets for the special seating area at the waterfront and invited me to come along. The fireworks were set off from two ships in the water. The show lasted one hour and 10,000 fireworks were set off. It was absolutely amazing, the entire sky was lit up. It really was the best fireworks ever.

Wonderful!! There is a techno factory in a city near me that had a week long convention last week. On the final night they sell tickets for the public to see an amazing THREE HOUR display. It was amazing last year, though we didn't go this year. The company paid to have a local animal shelter transport the animals from the shelter to foster homes for the week. I thought it was a wonderful thing for them to do.
