I stitched this small hardanger piece ages ago, but I don't know exactly when. It was a DMC pincushion kit. The filling stitches are very uneven so I think this was an early attempt at hardanger. I decided to finish it off into an ornament and be done with it.

Hardanger is always attractive, especially when there is a colourful piece of fabric underneath. Great fabric for the back, too!!!!
